What to expect from your clinic session
With one-to-one consultations, Maya seeks to understand the unique physical, mental and environmental factors underlying your health concerns. Then she helps you to make the dietary and lifestyle choices required to improve your health and well-being.
Before the initial consultation you will be asked to fill in a questionnaire providing a full health and lifestyle history and a food diary. Maya will review this before your consultation to ensure that the most benefit is gained from your time together.

Your first appointment will be for an hour and a half, while any follow-up appointments last an hour. The first session is dedicated to looking at your full case history, covering all your past illnesses and conditions. It also provides an opportunity to evaluate your current diet, your eating patterns and overall lifestyle.
Maya will then design a treatment programme which, depending on your current symptoms, is likely to include adjustments to your diet, personalised prescribed supplements and a range of naturopathic techniques.
A follow-up consultation is recommended about four to six weeks later to reassess and fine tune your programme.
Face-to-face consultations are available at clinics in Bristol, Cheltenham and near to Stroud, or for your convenience at your home or office. Telephone or email appointments are also available.
An average of 2-3 visits may be required. However, each client is individual and there is no set number of consultations that is appropriate for all. Some conditions may need longer-term support.
