About Maya Rowson
Maya Rowson graduated from The Nutritional Healing Foundation College with a Practitioner Diploma and Clinical Practice Diploma in Nutritional Therapy. She is a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants (IONC), signifying her credibility as a professional nutritional consultant. The IONC is an independent, not for profit association established in 1983 to assure the public that ROHPs are meeting high ethical and educational standards. Only those who have thoroughly studied nutrition and have met the requirements of IONC are granted the ROHP professional designation.
Maya has an inspiring approach to balanced eating and offers nutritional advice to clients face-to-face, via the phone and/ or email.
Maya combines her clinical work with teaching Nutrition at Colleges and Universities, writing, speaking at events, leading healthy cooking classes, and facilitating inspiring workshops and retreats.
Maya has an educational and inspiring approach to health and empowers her clients to take personal leadership to potentializing their peak health through nutrition and lifestyle. Orthomolecular treatment is a scientifically-based approach to healing and caring for the body and employs the use of nutrients to create a biochemical balance in the body. Maya’s philosophy is to treat the complete body through nutrition on a cellular level to ensure the holistic health of the whole person, and thus optimize performance in all areas of health and life.
